Siti's last day!! gave her a book she wants, a card with me and sonia's well wishes and of course her favourite chocolates!!! i am so sad her internship is ending already! wad fun times we have in the short period of 2 months!
the sad thing is, the person who siti really wanted to thank is not in the office as she is sick and on MC. i know she can't really control her body but she should at least come in for a while just to maybe talk to Siti, hug her and wish her luck for her future. i can sense that siti is really upset! moreover, they are suppose to eat lunch together today as they have never eaten together before. this is actually what is real responsibility for a team leader-sorry but i am really upset. somemore, Siti is really concern abt her and even sms her to ask how is she! BUT she did not even reply Siti. Although she called up eventually but she did not even say anything beside work to Siti. Never say goodbye or good luck or take care-words which you should sy to someone who is leaving the company. She just ask Siti to help her with filings and other administrative jobs!
Shit, i have never been so angry and disappointed with someone before. I thought she is a good team leader cos she really takes care of everyone under her and she really teaches me patiently in whatever i do not know. Moreover, given my lack of experience in the working world, she always try to forgive me whenever i make silly mistakes. I really look up to her cos she is really professional. i think maybe i am too soft hearted that everytime i forgive her for her poor management of people cos i thought she will really change when people already tell her abt her mistakes but apparently she still did not change for the better.
Sorry if i offend you but sometimes ppl have to be hit with facts before they can change (which i dounbt it will work for u as so many ppl already told u that if u dun change your character and ur people management skills, u will not be well like by all).
I really wish to continue respecting you as you have taught me a lot, so pls pls pls change yourself so that you will benefit from it too!
Siti, good luck in whatever you do in the future. Maybe after 5 to 10 years, we might forget each other given that our time together is not that long, but i really hope that u will be blessed with luck in the future. I will try to keep in touch with u so that we won't forget each other so soon! I really hope you have a good time with us and may the memory stay with u for as long as possible. P.S: i feel like crying already but pls dun u cry! hope u enjoy the book and the chocolates! hope u enjoy the lunches at wok express and old chang kee!
